Robert Seber is a leading corporate attorney who advises private equity firms and corporate clients in complex transactions. Many of his clients are involved in the energy industry, as well as a wide range of other sectors including technology and financial services.
Robert is highly experienced in managing the full transactional cycle of investment funds, including fund formations, acquisitions, recapitalizations, minority investments, complex equity arrangements, and exits.
His clients include Focus Financial Partners, an investor in independent, fiduciary wealth management firms, which he has advised from inception through its initial public offering. He has also advised such clients as White Deer Energy, Ridgewood Energy, and Pattern Energy Group.
A graduate of Yale Law School, Robert is an adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law where he teaches “Oil and Gas: Public and Private Governance.” He is also a frequent panelist on energy policy issues.
