With more than 15 years of professional experience, Hersh is the national leader of the financial services team of RSM’s transaction advisory services practice. His areas of expertise include: Financial and operational due diligence for private equity and strategic acquirers Reverse due diligence, including quality of earnings assessment and preparation for sale Evaluation of internal control structures, underwriting, and originations Lending platform and loan portfolio analysis Hersh has worked on over 225 merger and acquisition projects, with a majority of those projects in the financial services and FinTech space. Hersh’s professional experience covers transactional due diligence, audit engagements, internal control reviews, securitizations, SOX compliance projects, and sell-side assessment projects.
